Abstract

Pabrik Naphtha Hydrotreating berkapasitas 3.000 ton/hari dirancang di Kawasan Industri Pertamina RU IV Cilacap guna memenuhi Tingginya kebutuhan gasoline nasional berspesifikasi Euro 5. Pabrik ini bertujuan memurnikan Straight Run Naphtha (SRN) dari senyawa pengotor (khususnya sulfur dan nitrogen) menjadi treated Naphtha sebagai umpan unit reforming. Proses pemurnian mengadopsi reaksi Hydrogenasi katalitik dengan katalis Ni-Mo/Al2O3 dalam Reactor fixed bed (320–340 °C; 21,5 Kg/Cm2). Untuk menjamin kelangsungan produksi, unit utilitas menyuplai kebutuhan total air make-up sebesar 826.966,22 kg/jam , saturated
steam 20.415,22 kg/jam , dan daya listrik operasional 4.435,8 kW. Secara ekonomi, pabrik ini tergolong industri berisiko Tinggi (high risk) namun sangat menjanjikan.
Pendirian pabrik membutuhkan Total Capital Investment (TCI) sebesar Rp6,62 triliun, yang meliputi Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) Rp1,13 triliun dan Working Capital (WC) Rp5,49 triliun. Pabrik diproyeksikan mencetak keuntungan bersih setelah pajak sebesar Rp403,51 miliar per tahun. Kelayakan investasi secara kuat dibuktikan melalui Return On Investment (ROI) setelah pajak sebesar 35,7% dan Pay Out Time (POT) setelah pajak 2,19 tahun. Kondisi finansial sangat tangguh menghadapi fluktuasi dengan Break Even Point (BEP) 53,88%, Shutdown Point (SDP) 39,40% , serta Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) pada level 12,30%. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa perancangan pabrik ini prospektif dan layak direalisasikan. Kata Kunci: Naphtha Hydrotreating, Gasoline, Ni-Mo/Al₂O₃, Fixed Bed,
