PENGARUH JAM KERJA DAN LAMA USAHA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN UMKM PRODUK LANTING DESA ADIRAJA KECAMATAN ADIPALA

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel Jam Kerja dan Lama Usaha terhadap pendapatan. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 50 pedagang. Hasil dari analisis data menyatakan bahwa variabel jam kerja bernilai negatif, artinya jam kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM produk lanting dengan Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0,164.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi liner berganda, membuktikan bahwa Niilaii 0,506 dii variiabeil Lama Usaha beirniilaii posiitiif, hal iinii artinya menunjukan pengaruh yang searah antara variabel independent dan variabel dependent. Beirdasarkan hasiil peingujiian seicara beirsamaan atau diiseibut siimultan, meinunjukkan bahwa variiabeil jam kerja dan lama usaha mempunyai nilai F tabel sebesar 2.80. berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 13.277>2.80 dan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,001<0,005. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel jam kerja dan lama usaha berpengaruh secara bersamaan.

This research uses a descriptive quantitative data analysis method with the variables Working Hours and Length of Business on income. The sample from this research consisted of 50 traders. The results of data analysis state that the working hours variable is negative, meaning that working hours have no effect on the income of MSMEs from lanting products with a regression coefficient value of -0.164.
Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing, it is proven that the value of 0.506 in the Length of Business variable is positive, this means that it shows a unidirectional influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the results of simultaneous or so-called simultaneous testing, it shows that the variables of working hours and length of business have an F table value of 2.80. Based on these results, it can be seen that the calculated F value is 13,277>2.80 and the significance value is 0.001<0.005. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of working hours and length of business have an effect simultaneously.
